Shipping

Orders are usually shipped out within 2-8 weeks of purchase however there may be times when shipping takes longer. Purchasing means that you fully understand this. During shop updates and holidays, shipping is expected to take longer.

If you have a wrong address please let me know before it ships otherwise I can not help you if it has been marked as delivered.

If packages are returned to me, then it is your responsibility to pay for shipping again if you want it to be sent again. I will refund only the items once they return.

Preorders

By preording items that means that you are fully committed to buying and waiting for your order. Preorders will take months and there is the possibility of delays. There will be no refunds for preorder items as part of the agreement.

Please be responsible for your purchases.

Fees and Taxes

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

I do not mark the value of goods below the selling price on invoices, or mark goods as gift. This is illegal according to Customs regulations.

Cancellations

After one week, If you need to cancel an order there is a 10% cancellation fee on your entire order and shipping will not be refunded.
