2.) Scroll down until you see "request custom order" on the left hand side

3.) Let me know the items that you want with links to them. Make sure to leave shipping information such as 

First and last name

Address

Email

Phone

Also, if you have a discount code please let me know so I can apply it.

I will contact you within 72 hours after you submit your order.

Please note that due to Brexit the UK legally requires a 20% tax on all goods. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
